- Collection of customer requests
- Direct assistance to customers to solve their problems due to a lack of manipulation on our installed equipment.
Follow-up of interventions - Quality control
- Availability rate analysis
- Study the statistics of the interventions and propose the appropriate solutions to minimize the requests of interventions and to reduce the treatment time.
- A dedicated team will be mobilized h24 / h24 to be available to our customers
