  • Collection of customer requests
  • Direct assistance to customers to solve their problems due to a lack of manipulation on our installed equipment.
    Follow-up of interventions
  • Quality control
  • Availability rate analysis
  • Study the statistics of the interventions and propose the appropriate solutions to minimize the requests of interventions and to reduce the treatment time.
  • A dedicated team will be mobilized h24 / h24 to be available to our customers
