The company High Tech Systems, founded in 1993 by Mr. BENRABAH, had for first mission the marketing, the Installation, the Put in service and the maintenance of solutions dedicated to the banking sector based on the treatment of cash from the supply of secure paper, counting, authentication, packaging, quality sorting, distribution, recycling of banknotes and coins, until the destruction and recirculation.
In 2000, HIGH TECH SYSTEMES created its subsidiary HIGH TECH PRINTING, specializing in the printing of checkbooks. The unit of Personalization and Shaping of Carnets de Chèques using DELPHAX equipment, which allowed Customization Conforms to the current instruction of the Bank of Algeria carrying the standardization of the check. This personalization unit was audited and approved by SATIM in 2001.
The profession in which High Tech Systems specialized was new to the Algerian market and where skills are almost non-existent in this field. High Tech Systems has opted for a strategy of training young graduates with no experience and has convinced its foreign suppliers that the success of their business in Algeria will depend on the transfer of know-how to these young graduates.
The way in which High Tech Systems operates and organizes is based on the model of the most successful organizations in the world. The ingenuity of the management of High Tech Systems has been able to introduce to its young teams the mode of operation and organization comparable to the most successful organizations in the world, these young team-mates have in turn adopted this model of organization. to the Algerian context, without affecting the basic principle of “customer satisfaction” as a first priority. Thus, High Tech Systems counts among its customers, and to name only a few, State Banks, Private Banks and financial institutions in Algeria such as: BANQUED’ALGERIE, BNA, BADR, CPA, BEA, BDL, SATIM, SOCIETE GENERALE , BNP PARIBAS EL DJAZAIR, AGB, ALGERIA POST, ATM MOBILIS, ALGERIA TELECOM, AIR ALGERIA … etc. The management of High Tech Systems has encouraged all the initiatives of its teams by investing in customer training and operational audits to offer pilot sites to demonstrate to reluctant minds that this is always possible in Algeria. The management of High Tech Systems has also responded very positively to the need for the company’s development by investing in infrastructure, equipment, rolling stock, tools and training to implement points close to its customers by putting at their service a team of more 120 technicians and engineers, with more than 30 representation points installed throughout the national territory, to ensure the installation, maintenance, repair and return to service HTS equipment.
This operation of its deployment has allowed it to excel in after-sales services, maintenance and solutions that it has developed, adapted, pilot-tested, and put into service for its customers.
